GROUPS

Groups of 10 or more can receive significant discounts. A group organizer should call to arrange the discount and discuss logistics, or try the online shopping cart.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION

There are several ways to make a reservation. Please choose from the list below!

OPTION 1. CALL US

Give us a call at 970-259-4608 or toll free 888-RAFT-YAK. We are usually able to answer your phone calls during office hours Mountain time.

OPTION 2. ONLINE SHOPPING CART - NEW!

So you prefer clicking things instead of talking. No problem, try our shiny new online shopping cart with secure checkout. Your credit card number is encrypted and sent to Authorize.net for processing and is not stored on our servers.

OPTION 3. RESERVATION REQUEST FORM

Use this form if you want to get us excited about your reservation. We'll do our best to contact you ASAP with a response to your reservation request.

DEPOSITS

A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due immediately before the trip for the Lower Animas. For the Upper Animas it is due one week before departure. For International trips it is due 60 days prior to departure.

REFUND POLICY

If we cancel a trip or deny you passage for any reason, you will receive a full refund, deposit included. We will also refund your deposit minus a 5% processing fee if you need to cancel at least 7 days prior to a scheduled trip in Colorado and 60 days prior to a scheduled International trip. No deposit refund can be given if you cancel within 7 days of the Colorado trip or 60 days of the International trip. Train tickets are not refundable for any reason once purchased.
